The firm is a division of Parks Realty. Established in 1975, Parks Realty is now one of Middle Tennessee’s largest real estate companies. The ParksTrust is involved in a wide range of commercial projects, including the leasing and development of retail centers, office complexes, and industrial / warehouse space.
